One on One Nutritional Therapy
What is your payment policy?
Payment is due before your first consultation. I accept check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Labs are invoiced after your initial consultation and nutrient orders after your protocol is completed.
My custom-tailored plans are $100 to $300 per month. True healing takes time, so I work in 6 and 12-month increments. This is the amount of time it takes for nutrients to penetrate the nucleus of the cell so real change and deeper healing can occur.
I do not take insurance at this time.
Are labs included?
Labs are not included. Initial labs run approximately $400 to 500 and are determined after your initial consultation.
You will then be invoiced via email for your order. After payment is received, our lab will email your requisition forms within 3 business days for your blood draw. Urine, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, and other kits are mailed via USPS. Full instructions are included. Please refrain from supplements two days prior and chose a morning appointment with the lab in a fasted state.
A special note for clients in NY and NJ: our lab cannot physically ship test kits or process lab orders in these states due to legislative laws. However, test kits may be sent to a surrounding state address. Kits must also be sent back from the surrounding state. Blood draws must also be performed in a surrounding state. Blood labs may be ordered by your personal doctor if they are agreeable to do so.
If you live in a country where our lab is unable to process specimens, or it is too cost prohibitive, I won't be able to help you unless you plan to travel to the United States for testing.
Are supplements included?
Supplements are not included. Protocols are very comprehensive and based off lab results and your initial consultation.
How are sessions conducted?
I am located in the United States, Pacific Standard Time. If you live outside of the United States we will connect via Skype. If you live in the United States we will connect via phone.
What is your cancellation policy?
I really value our time together. If you are running late, please email us and I will do my best to hold your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 hours in advance. For missed appointments, your session will be deducted from your program.
What are your business hours?
We are open from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
