This review is emotional for me because I have never felt better in my life since working with Sami. I recently turned 38, and I would say I’ve spent the better part of the last 14 years trying to get to the bottom of why I always felt terrible. After many years of testing, misdiagnosis, self-diagnosing, severe diet changes and feeling so misunderstood and unheard, I reached rock bottom and as a last resort sat at my computer and asked God to show me a way forward because I believed He had more for my life than feeling stuck in my body just surviving. I don’t remember what I searched but I thank God he led me to Sami and he gave me the peace I needed to take a leap of faith. I came to Sami to help us with our boys who are both diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Apraxia and Sensory Processing Disorder. Sami Gilbert is an earth angel. I can't emphasize enough how much she has helped me in such a short span of time. I turned to Sami after going to many conventional doctors who got me nowhere, and even a naturopathic doctor. I have been trying to get to the bottom of what is going on with me for decades. I’ve gotten more answers and felt relief within a month following the guidelines Sami has provided for me. The nutritional guidance she has provided has been life changing!

Working with Sami has been such an incredible gift. I have worked with functional practioners in the past and she is more thorough and knowledgable than anyone I have worked with. After listening to podcasts from psychiatrists trained under Dr. William Walsh, I had the feeling that I was undermethylated based on my own behaviors and family history. When I brought this up to other practitioners they had no idea what I was talking about. I found Sami because of her specialized work dealing with methylation issues. She completed thorough testing based on her questioning and the testing confirmed when she could already tell from our discussions on the phone. I was dealing with not just undermethylation, but also high copper and high pyrroles, as well as a gut infection. Her protocol started with supplements and dietary changes, which I didn't see take effect for at least a couple of months. The dietary changes were easy to follow as she provided a ton of resources that were polished and easy to follow. She also provided clear explanations of what I was dealing with and how they tied back to my main concerns, which helped make it easy to commit to the protocol. I still have a ways to go, but am confident in relying on Sami's guidance. I will say, all-in-all everything is expensive. Compared to other providers, Sami's services are a banging deal, but the supplements and grocery bills for quality meats and foods are really expensive. But it's worth the investment for the longer term outcome. For all of my adult life, I've feared that I would inherit the worst traits of my parents and have at times found that coming true - emotional outbursts, irritability, disregulated moods. I've been afraid of getting into longterm relationships because of how I might damage them. Now I know that this can be corrected and managed. I am already seeing changes in how I handle stress and am not reacting in ways that have hurt relationships in the past among friends, coworkers, and romantic relationships. And I feel confident that I will live a happier and more fulfilled life because of this.

It is difficult for me to put into words just how much Sami has turned my life around. I fell into an unexplained and out of the blue chronic illness about 6 months ago. After struggling with no answers from the "medical community," AKA traditional medicine, I turned to other options. Working with Samantha has been such a blessing. She has truly changed my life. Before I first started working with Samantha a year and a half ago, I was feeling truly disheartened. I’ve only been working with Sami about 6 weeks to improve the health of my gut. We haven’t even started the process to eliminate bacterial overgrowth as we are just getting my gut more functional. Surprisingly I have noticed to elimination of menopausal hot flashes, better sleep, more energy, and interestingly several years ago I started to have foot discomfort when I first got of bed in the morning. Sami is a God send! I am so thankful for her being such a huge part of my health journey. I had spent a lot of time and research and a lot of money before it led me to her. Working with Samantha seriously changed my life. I wanted to stop taking my Prozac and Birth Control pills, and I knew to do this successfully I would need to heal with whole foods. I was afraid if I tried on my own my anxiety and OCD would probably be worse than ever, with no one to guide me. Through lab work, she showed me how wrecked my gut was, along with other things such as a copper toxicity and low zinc. Sami has helped me so much! I started working with Sami at the end of spring 2023. I had consistent mood and digestive issues that persisted despite cleaning up my diet. Sami had me do several tests to determine what my baselines for different vitamins, minerals and other biomarkers were and then prescribed a nutrient regimen to help eliminate the imbalances I had. I still can't believe that simple vitamins and nutrients can have such a broad effect on my mental health. Sami is very detailed in listening and writing personalized protocols for what your health improvement needs. We started 6 months ago with my husband’s Parkinson’s. We have always used alternative health modalities and NO western medicine. In the first 3 weeks was his first symptom change which was improved sleep! Sami's careful guidance on nutrients has been life changing for my teenager who has a history of PANDAS and PDA presentation of autism. When the words “I can’t live like this anymore” were uttered from my lips I was back on my quest for an answer to my lack of good health and well-being. It was then I contacted Samantha Gilbert (Sami) in what seemed like a last-ditch effort on a never-ending quest to help me solve why I’ve had chronic fatigue and insomnia for the past 20-30 years. My wife and I are not people who have time to do reviews but after the results we have seen with Samantha we had to say something. My wife and I have dealt with various health issues over the years.
